“Chance made us neighbors; hearts made us friends.” I remember the day I met Matt and Liz, moving to my new apartment three years ago. They were a breath of fresh air, like two best friends waiting to welcome us with open arms. The day they asked me to photograph their Lace Factory wedding, I felt more honored than I can even describe.
Matt and Liz’s wedding day was packed with so much joy, fun and love. Their ceremony was a heartfelt tribute to their journey together, and their vows were some of the most genuine words I have ever heard. Hearing their words made me understand the strength of their relationship on a new level and I could not be happier for them. They followed their ceremony with a reception filled with great music and rustic/ industrial chic decor, which matched the Lace Factory perfectly.
As they start their life together as husband and wife, my hope is that they look back at these photos with fondness of the foundation of their marriage. It was an honor to enjoy their day alongside their family and friends and I can’t wait to see how their journey unfolds. Here are some favorites from the day!
Liz, you are just breathtaking.
These two decided to have a first look and it was THE BEST.
The inside of the Lace Factory is by far one of my favorite places I’ve ever photographed.
These next two images made me stop in my tracks…
How cute are these two best friends?!
The sparkler exit was such a blast and perfect send-off to these two!
