When I think of Bridget and Mike, I think of true partners. Two people who support each other constantly, through whatever endeavor they face. It is truly inspiring to see them embrace each other’s daily strengths, sense of humor, and commitment to a healthy, happy lifestyle. They are two of the most welcoming, down-to-earth people I’ve ever known, and their Cove Beach engagement session emulated all of those grounded qualities.
Bridget and Mike’s engagement story is one of my favorites. While the two vacationed in Hawaii, Mike, being the thoughtful man that he is, planned out an entire day of exploring, which ended in him proposing to Bridget. There was no hesitation on Bridget’s part; she knew she had found the person she should spend the rest of her life with long before Mike got down on one knee.
These two have so much in their future, but the one sure thing is that they will have each other through all of it. I cannot wait to photograph their Mystic Seaport wedding next May, and for now am excited to share images from their stunning engagement, featuring the summer sunset.
